Choose 'Tools' from the menu bar at the top of your browser, then "Internet Options..." and the 'Privacy' tab. At the bottom of this tab you will see a pop-up blocker section; choose Settings, enter the url and choose add. This will allow the utility windows to function normally within the site. If you are using a third party pop-up blocker, see your software documentation
