Fred Paglia

Prior to joining PMW Fred worked in a job shop environment for 8 years learning the machining trade as an apprentice Machinist, Assembler & Quality Control Inspector. After gaining this valuable experience he was able to advance. Fred went to work for Parker Hannifin-Bertea Division, a Fixed and Rotary Wing Flight Control and Landing Gear (FAA) Repair Facility in Sun Valley, Ca. He spent 8 years as both Manufacturing Planner and worked his way up the ranks to Sr. Repair Station Manager.

An opportunity led him to the complex aerostructures industry where he worked for 3 years with Butler Industries Valencia, Ca. as MRB Repair Manager. After Aerospace Dynamics Inc (ADI) purchased Butler Industries Fred continued on for 4 more year in a new role as a Program Manager developing and working with engineering on the F-16 Pathfinder Lantirn Pylon program, A-6 Intruder re-wing program and the 777 tooling program just to mention a few. He gained a great deal of knowledge over the years, building long-term relationships with a wide range of customers. This gave him the confidence to expand his horizons and branch out into the Sales/Business Development field by starting and operating a successful manufacturing rep service for 7 years. Fred then approached Forrest Machining Inc (FMI) in Valencia, Ca and worked for 5 years managing the Sales / Business Development Team.

EDUCATION HISTORY:

California State University Northridge, completed 2 year Certificate program in Business Development / Contract Management, Los Angeles Pierce College, completed 2 year Industrial Arts Certificate program. He has also attended a number of industry job related management courses.
